Description :: • To issue Shipping Instructions to suppliers based on Purchase Order's shipment terms.
• To receive shipment details from suppliers in order to notify buyer the import shipment details, and / or receive arrival notice from liner to inform consignee the estimated cargo arrival date at discharged PO.
• To receive, verify and endorse full set of import shipping documents from suppliers
• To arrange for cargo discharge and custom declaration/clearance.
• To liaise with warehouse on the manpower arrangements for cargo discharge/unloading process.
• To liaise with government authorities customs to ensure the compliance with the custom procedures for all import oriented shipments.
• To maintain a systematic import shipping documents filing which is retrievable whenever is required.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Logistics or Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of working experience in handling import shipment.
• A mature personality with high integrity and modesty.
• Able to work independently.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
