Description :: - Responsible for all incoming receiving & outgoing finished good
- Liaise with Customer Service Reps, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Companies and Warehouse Personnel
- Handle & coordinate all the Shipping requirements for import & export and provide all the necessary support to export business
- Prepare deliveries according to instructions given by Company/ Customers
- Prepare all Shipping documents, including DO,Packing List,BL,Co & etc
- Data entry and updating into system & preparation all the necessary doc for ATS requirement.
- Liaise with forwarder on shipment booking & trucking
- Co-ordination with appointed forwarder and transporter for import clearance and export
- Assist in application for export & import docs from government agencies or established parties such as MITI, Chamber of Commerce, Embassy, Foreign Ministry & etc
- to perform any other duties as and when instructed by management
Requirements :: -candidate must post minimum diploma or degree in shipping logistic/business/admin management or equivalent working experience
-at least 2 years experiences in shipping & logistic environments
-good communication and interpersonal skill
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
