Description :: -Responsible for establishing the start-up of the department, setting direction and management of day to day operations for freight customer service, including for customer relationships, overseeing KPI for revenue, profit, cost control, and quality of services.
-Manage the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery service that is provided to our business customers.
-Guide and monitor the completion of daily freight operation including container importation/exportation for shipper/consignee.
-Establish quality processes and SOP for importation and exportation movement.
-Constantly develop close working relationships with Customers for growing the volume of freight import/ export Operation businesses.
-Ensure proper staffing, utilization, and management of personnel.
-Supervise all personnel working at the department.
Requirements :: -Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree with over 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity is required.
-Excellent communication skills, spoken and written in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
-Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding.
-Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
