Description :: 1. Lead and execute Sourcing / NPI activities for New Project
2. Perform sourcing and cost comparison activities for new parts, alternatives part or alternative vendors (local and overseas supplier)
3. Liase with customer commodity manager for pricin approval, vendor selection and purcahse approval for parts used in new projects
4. Lead a team of executives to secure new project materials for all NPI build stages EB/PP/SOP until succesfull handover to purchasing department.
5. Lead and update New Project Material Tracker by ensuring information up to date and material arrive on time
6. Close communication with internal departments to ensure material for all NPI builds are secured correctly on time
7.Execute and follow DPAP (part approval) process from submission by vendor to distribute of approve samples back to supplier
8. Set up and prepare new vendor profile including follow up with vendors on all documents required
9. Support for supply chain process
10. Undertake any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements :: -Candidate should posses at least Degree in any field
-At least 2 years of working experience as team lead in similar field
-Prior Technical / engineering knowledge and ability to speak /write in mandarin will be added adavantages
-Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skills
-Competent in Microsoft office
-Able to work under pressure,willing to multi task and accept the challenges
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
