- Update and manage customer database and documentation
- Inventory management
- Provide support to Sales Team
- Arrange and follow up on the delivery schedule with customers and suppliers
- Prepare quotation, purchase order, delivery order, invoices and other related documentation
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Answer and follow up on all phone calls and attend to walk in customers

Requirements :
