Description :: -To coordinate with the customs and forwarding agents on all Materials imported/ Import shipping operations to ensure timely shipments.
-Prepare shipping documents for import operations, application for import duty/ tax exemption.
-Prepare, maintain and update all documentation related to LMW.
-Liaise closely with forwarding agencies for all custom related issue (Import and Export permit application).
-Negotiation of Transportation and freight price rate.
-To monitor all import shipment schedule and update purchasing and planning.
-Overseeing for proper filling of shipping documentation according to LMW requirements.
-Undertake other assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by your superior.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
-Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application
-Self-motivated and positive attitude.
-Experience in transport line is an added advantage
-Good interpersonal and able to communicate to all level managements.
-Knowledge of LMW is an added advantage.
