- 1. Check and adjust the parts and all rod with spring before loading
2. Wipe the Jig frame before loading
3. Hang 1 pcs sample for thickness checking
4. Loading Jig after clean & check the jig
5. Make sure switch on all the pump, heater, oven, sway and robot.
6. Check and troubleshooting if alarm trigger, tower light always need to keep in green light.
7. Make up/top up pre-treatment chemical (Hall, Degreaser) follow schedule
8. Change water every morning - Requirements :
