Description :: - Proactively develop, manage and lead the workshop business and operations efficiently and profitably.
- Maximize lorry driver and employee satisfaction as well as business performance.
- Set routines and carry out meeting/daily follow up.
- Verify efficient flow of authorized work in the workshop, ensuring quality and documentation.
- Ensure that the distribution of tasks and procedures are developed and adapted to relevant capacity requirements and employee’s competence and abilities.
- Develop, implement and monitor standards and routines to maintain a standard of cleanliness and tidiness within the workshop.
- Monitor the ongoing of workshop facilities, tools and equipment, arranging purchase, repair and calibration when needed.
- Continually monitor the department KPI and the targets accomplishments.
- Provide technical and other support to the workshop.
- Enable a team-based approach and ensure that there is an open and clear communication and information flow both internally and externally.
- Manage and analyze the workshop’s running costs and expenditure budget.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in trucking servicing and repair.
- Possess valid E-Bersendi / E-Full license is an added value advantage.
- Skill and knowledge in heavy transport is compulsory.
- Excellent communication skill, spoken and written in Bahasa & English
- Possess own car.
