Description :: - Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries, assisting sales team to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customers satisfaction.
- To handle customer inquiries regarding company products, pricing and delivery matters.
- Perform customer verifications (based on transaction and credit limits).
- Process customers orders, applications form and requests.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources / departments.
- Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, complaints and transactions.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding customers enquiry and complaints.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements :: - Have working experience in a call centre or as customer service for at least 1 year
- Computer literate
- At least possess a bachelor degree in any field
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
