- - Planning on transportations – coordinate with lorry drivers, transporters, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Monitor on licenses, permit renewals such as road tax.
- Schedule maintenance for lorries without disrupting daily operation.
- Review current transporters performance.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company’s policies, procedures, safety, statutory regulations and ISO requirements.
- Ensure daily delivery report is up-to-date and overseeing the issuance of delivery orders as well as proper record keeping of the shipping/logistic documents.
- Analyse data to assess performance, implement improvements and continually work on reducing transport cost and optimizing efficiency and effectiveness. - Requirements :
- - Diploma or Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of hands-on working experience in similar capacity.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams.
- Fluent in Chinese, English and Malay with good interpersonal skills.
- Be able to travel, when required - Lowest Qualification :
