Description :: • The ideal candidate should have an excellent awareness of fashion websites, newsletters, online customer service and a basic technical understanding of transactional websites.
• The responsibilities include ensuring all stock orders are fulfilled, help with stock management processes, and deliver on strategic and commercial objectives. Working alongside DOSSCAPS Team, the candidate must be able to collaborate closely with internal and external teams to support tasks including e-commerce, website maintenance, online marketing and customer service.
• Shipment arrangements liaising with suppliers, customers, couriers
• Perform stock taking and checking
• Assist in ensuring smooth daily operation and good housekeeping
• Inventory management including unloading & loading, picking & packing, handling incoming goods, products placement with shipment and delivery
• Coordinating between the Warehouse and Production Department.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned such as product creation, reporting analysis
Requirements :: • The order fulfillment team ensures that your order reaches your door-step in the smoothest way possible. • Candidate must still be studying Warehouse/Logistic/Transportation/Engineering/Operation or equivalent.
• Candidate must have a good spoken English and Bahasa as well as knowledge of Ms Excel and eCommerce software
• Genuine interest in warehousing, logistics or eCommerce is preferred
