- -Assist the Manager in planning, conceptualizing and executing social media contents and responses to achieve strategic corporate objectives.
-Work with a team of writers and designers to ensure accurate and concise translation of key messages and responses into the required online format for publication in social media (texts, graphics and video).
-Constant monitoring of user experience to ensure high user satisfaction at all times.
-Conduct in-depth research in social media content and provide feedback and suggestions to management for constant improvement.
-Assist in the daily management of all social media platforms including responding to public queries (where applicable).
-Ensure full compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements in relation to social media content and gathering of users’ information (where applicable). - Requirements :
- -Extensive writing, conceptualizing, planning and executing strategic messages for the Group’s corporate website to strengthen the Group’s presence in social media.
-Significantly improve social media engagement by developing a strong understanding of the Group’s ongoing developments across all divisions to be translated into up-to-date information in the Group’s and its subsidiaries/ associates social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
-Assist in the implementation of strategic content and provide user feedback to constantly improve the Group’s social media communications needs.
-Degree in Mass Communications/Journalism
-Minimum two (2) years working experience in writing for business, social and lifestyle.
-Solid writing experience is a must. Those with journalism, online or social media background are strongly encouraged to apply.
-Flexible in different writing styles for various communications platforms.
-Highly proficient and passionate in writing.
-Excellent command of the English language.
-Well organised and able to meet tight deadlines. - Lowest Qualification :
