• Manage Kits on floor (shortage clean up, put into work etc)
• Carry out daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy
• Verify final builds for inventory accuracy
• Expedite receiving / inspection for line stops and communicate to production control
• Carry out daily back-flushes and correct any errors
• Process shipment of spares
• Carry out material purges and ensure all CMA’s are created
• Review negative line and discrepancy reports
• Manage Expensed hardware for production to include pulling and stocking
• Delivery and pick up of shipped units to FGI
• Movement of material for both physical and system.
• Regularly update “in work” and “shipped” information on spares sheets each time a spare is shipped.
• Monitor PULL Part inventory level and trigger Pull Part in System when necessary.
 
Requirements :
• Academic Qualification : Minimum SPM with at least a credit in English.
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Knowledge and application of fundamental materials management techniques to drive materials excellence
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team working skills
• Results focused
• Able to work independently
• Have a strong sense of urgency
