Description :
-Coordinate and liaise with local and overseas customers on deliveries and shipments.
-To process custom clearance, duty and taxes confirmation/exemption for all products, inclusive the documents required in shipping and land transportation for local and export deliveries.
-Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding on shipment status.
-Correspond and liaise with freight forwarders on shipment status.
-Prepare and handle shipping documents.
-Follow up with forwarder about the ETA and update the status to related personnel.
-Checking import documents including import invoice, certificate of origin, packing list and bill of lading before send to Finance for payment. 
Requirements :
-Minimum 1-3 years related working experience in dealing with import and export shipment.
-Knowledge of Malaysian Custom Procedures and Shipping Documentation.
-Possess good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
-Be self-motivated, willing to learn, results-oriented, independent with good attitude.
-Able to work in the manufacturing environment.
-Must possess car.
-Male (Prefer Chinese).
