Description :: - Developing work station requirement for each process, and verifying daily manpower planning.
- Ensure competent, motivated and manufacturing workforce by leading team of supervisor towards effective and efficient supervisory team.
- To monitor the operating efficiency & productivity based on the target set by the process engineer.
- Monitoring and implementing new product & new process trial run against product specification.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Food Science/ Food Technology / Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years working experience in manufacturing/production operation.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- No allergic to seafood.
- Able to work overtime or shift work as when necessary.
