- 1. Carries out installation, commissioning and training sessions for customers.
2. Carries out troubleshooting sessions in house or on-site.
3. Improves customers’ experience by performing machine maintenance and quality control at scheduled time.
4. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
5. Maintains internal / demo instrument and consumables inventory
6. Organizes (and participates) in educational seminars, workshops and exhibitions - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, BioTechnology, Biochemistry, or equivalent.
- Possess own vehicle with valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel.
- Good command of English language.
- Confident in delivering training sessions.
- Dedication to problem solving.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Biotechnology or equivalent. - Lowest Qualification :
