Description :: - To ensure the overall factory management & production activities are efficient, effective, and productive
- To ensure the factory is fully complying with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal requirements and all other food safety acts
- To ensure continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and factory operations
- To ensure product quality meeting customer requirements and all products quality issues being properly resolved on timely manner to the satisfaction of customers
- To formulate factory yearly business plan and ensure monthly management report being prepared and reported to superior on timely manner
-To ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and materials
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Production and operation management, Facilities & Maintenance Management, Plant Operations & Maintenance, Warehouse Management & Quality Management  Required knowledge: Capsule and sachet production, FSSC2200, ISO2200, HACCP, GMP, BPFK Control, Hahal certificate
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience as factory Manager specializing in Food Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
- Applicants must be willing to work in Desa Cemerlang,Ulu Tiram
