1. Identifying target markets, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development
(lead generation) activity.
2. Segment and Account level research & map the account, identify potential buyers, identify key
needs & positioning of GoodCore Software services.
3. Networking, building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers (e.g. IT Managers,
CTOs, CIOs).
4. Coordinating sales activities for getting Offshore Software Development projects from APAC.
5. Facilitate to build effective sales/ business development strategy and formulate business
development strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve
organizational business objectives.
6. Preparation of sales reports and sales forecast on a regular basis.
7. To increase sales by identifying prospects and opportunities in Offshore Software Development
space.
8. Gathering customer information and requirements to generate the statement of work.
9. Responsible for Cold Calling and building Database of the qualified prospects.
10. Working on responses to RFI/ RFPs, build relationships and close offshore deals.
11. Maintaining extensive relationship network in APAC clients for getting repeat / new businesses.
12. Keeping a track of latest developments through research and competition mapping in the
outsourcing space.
13. Convert hot leads into face-to-face or telephonic meetings.
14. Creating and Tracking “Client Value Status and Strategies”.
15. Any Red Flags to be escalated appropriately to ensure there is no customer dissatisfaction.
16. Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction across the accounts.
17. Responsible for first level requirement analysis and for interfacing with technical and delivery
team to get the right set of technical people for discussion with the customer during pre-sales phase.
18. Responsible for preparation and maintenance of business presentations as per the prospect
requirements. This will again involve close interface with presales team and good understanding of
software technologies areas.
Marketing
1. Develop tailored marketing programs (email / calling campaigns) to increase awareness of
GoodCore Software with prospects & clients.
2. Market research and analysis of potential geo / industry market segments.
3. Plan and manage campaigns to draw potential attendees for sales conferences / events & seminars
where GoodCore Software has a presence.
4. Tracking and Reporting.
5. Updating MIS Report on a regular basis and log all lead related data in Sales Force.
6. Weekly planning calls with field sales to identify weekly activity, target accounts, lead generation
strategy and plan.
