Description :
Primary role is to deal with inbound/outbound answers in connection with matters relating to pre, post and after sales service in accordance with the Courts commitment to offer a quality customer service from initial point of contact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide a customer advice and information service, in accordance with the Courts goals and values and customer care policy, by dealing with telephone enquiries in a consistent manner.
2. Provide direct advice and information in relation to the wide range of Courts and related services, processing and escalating calls as necessary to ensure that all service requests and enquiries are resolved and completed.
3. Liaise with other departments or business associates to support and assist colleagues to ensure the delivery of a quality integrated service to customers.
4. Use technical knowledge to ascertain the exact requirements of the customer to ensure delivery of appropriate services, processing service requests through to work
instruction.
5. Assist in the collection and presentation of relevant statistics for use as management information, including performance indicators.
6. Carry out customer satisfaction surveys to gauge the level of customer satisfaction with service provision.
7. Support and assist colleagues through sharing of knowledge and experience to ensure quality integrated services to customers.
8. You have responsibility to escalate and co-ordinate service issues with respective internals and external parties and solve it in excellent turnaround time to give WOW experience to customers.

To work on weekends and public holidays.
Rest day will be given but not necessarily on Sat and Friday.
Working hours is from 10am -7pm. 
Requirements :
1. SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent in any discipline
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Experience in Customer Service
4. Computer literate
5. Good command of English & Bahasa, both written and oral
6. Meticulous with an eye for detail
7. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
8. An effective team player with the ability to interact with the team to achieve goals and service excellence

10. Passionate and customer oriented
