Description :: - Coordinate with Consultants & Contracts / Suppliers on interior works.
- Coordinate with the project team from design conceptualization to completion within the deadline.
- Review ID drawings.
- Coordinate with ID Consultants & Architects.
- Review & make improvement to Architectural & ID design drawing.
- Oversee projects related to ID including showflats, sales gallery and common facilities areas.
- Assist in selection of finishes and procurement of furnitures & decorative items for projects / show flats.
Requirements :: - Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in high rise and commercial development.
- Able to coordinate with consultant firm.
- Good understanding of technical detailing.
- Good acumen in architectural & interior design.
