Description :: 1. To be entrusted as a key member of the Management Team to Manage the overall marketing, sales and sales administration functions.
2. Develop sales & marketing plans and formulate short and long term strategic marketing directions for the organization’s entire spectrum of property projects.
3. Manage overall project sales performance, lead and drive the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct market research and monitor development trends.
5. Develop aggressive sales plan and marketing strategies and to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
6. Assist to develop, plan and review the effectiveness of the marketing communication strategies and sales campaigns.
7. Liaise and negotiate with real estate agents and potential tenants for the leasing.
8. Ensure that the sales administration is effective in handling sales and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements and other related matters.
Requirements :: 1. Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or related discipline.
2. At least 8 years of experience in Property Sales & Marketing Results oriented and able to lead a dynamic sales team.
3. Good people management skills, self-motivated, aggressive, with a positive working attitude.
4. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership qualities and able to foster teamwork.
5. Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
