Description :: Taking care of marketing & sales aspects of the Company’s property developments within Klang Valley, for example:
- To handle all sales related matters e.g. queries from prospects, liaise with Bankers and Lawyers, etc.
- To provide timely reports on sales activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of the sales gallery and sales office.
- To provide good sales and after sales service to customers.
- Participate in direct marketing activities and launching such as exhibition and road shows.
- Assist in market survey including understanding and compile customers’ feedback and requirement.
- To coordinate the product launch, promotional events, road shows and other related campaigns.
- Preparation of marketing materials and kits.
Requirements :: - Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years working experience in the property sales / sales admin / marketing.
- Experience in Marketing residential developments.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent analytical, leadership and problem solving skills.
- Customer service oriented, matured and trustworthy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
