Description :: - Coordinating design process of all M&E elements, including work by relevant consultants, specialists or suppliers.
- Review and comment on design proposals submitted by M&E and other consultants.
- Prepare feasibility studies and preliminary outline proposals for M&E related elements.
- Check consultant's drawings including building and M&E drawings for consistency and coordination of building services.
- Liaison with relevant authorities, consultant and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of M&E aspects of the project.
- Participate in tender process from drawing review, calling tender, assessment of bidder as well as preparation of evaluation and recommendation report.
Requirements :: - Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical).
- Minimum 10 years experience in high rise and commercial development.Able to coordinate with M&E consultant and verify M&E consultant's design.
- Site working experience in high rise and commercial buildings.
- Sound knowledge of Building M&E systems.
