- - Manage and oversee sales & operations of the assigned showrooms.
- Lead and develop the retail sales team to achieve showroom sales targets.
- Execute and implement promotion efforts and sales strategies; road shows, promotion counter etc.
- Motivate, coach and train the sales team in product sales, problem solving and customer service skills.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and assume ownership of potential customer issues to resolution.
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Requirements :
- - A minimum of 2 years retail sales experience. Experience in a supervisory role is an added advantage.
- Sales oriented, aggressive and enjoy working in a sales target environment.
- Well groomed with good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
- Energetic and likes interacting with people.
- Positive disposition with a passion for retail industry.
- Willing to work on weekend and public holidays.
