Description :
1. To receive and act upon customer request for service.
2. To assist branches on all service complaints.
3. To complete efficient service recovery within 14 days.
4. Provide a high level of customer care and service excellence at all times. Both directly to the customer and indirectly, between departments and working colleagues.
5. In adherence to company policy on levels of service and the Courts Consumer Charter.
6. In adherence to company policy on recourse to suppliers and transporters.
7. Maintain high security of goods under repair.
8. To develop good relations with repairers, suppliers, vendors, business partnerships.
 
Requirements :
1. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in furniture and/or electrical retail after sales service.
2. Incumbent with no hands-on experience but has sound knowledge of retail after sales service will be considered.
3. Knowledge and understanding in electrical and furniture warranty is an
added advantage.
4. Proficient with Navision, Cosacs and CSS system is an added advantage
5. Must have the passion for Customer Service; strong drive to achieve customer satisfaction.
6. Highly energetic self-starter
7. Ability to work under pressure.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Fluent in both English and Malay.
10. Friendly, courteous and patient.
