Entry level:
• To generate new leads for acquisition purposes
• To ABLE WORK OUTDOOR EVENTS
• To organize & ensure punctuality and discipline in all aspects of the job
• To meet and exceed sales performance indicators
• To participate in team building activities
• To observe company’s performance standards, professionalism and proper office conduct as discussed upon employment entry
• To attend pre-arranged coaching and training sessions
• To be well-versed with product knowledge, marketing programs and promotions
• To ensure compliance and consistency with company’s Sales Do's & Don'ts
Completion of management trainee programme:
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions
• Direct brand building activities & customer acquisition programmes
• Responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering commercial advertising strategies
• Consistent in successfully driving sales and competent in sales solutions
• Manage Branch & Project operations (based on performance) - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
