Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting system applications and hardware for all servers, computers, notebooks, switches, network lines including operating system, office applications and other software applications within the company and customer sites.
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring system security for the company's local area network, wide area network, firewall, internet and email facility and such relevant experience is an advantage.
Provide pre sales/post sales support for various Intelligence Solutions such as Rugged Notebooks, Rugged Mobile Phone, biometrics, demos, training, and technical support.
Responsible for documenting service log, keeping track of version upgrades, handling enhancements and improvements to system applications and providing telephone technical support for the company's customer base when not conducting on-site customer projects.
Provide support for PCC to a new customer installations including constructions of customer data and preparation of hardware.
Installing workstations, servers, network and printer hardware at the customer site to support the applications deployed at the clients site.
Perform other collateral duties that may include new product testing, quality assurance, hardware testing and documentation.
Provide consulting on tender and customer proposals with regards to infrastructure and security is an advantage. - Requirements :
- Job Requirement:
Minimum Degree or Professional Certification in Computer Science/Information Technology or Specializing in IT, Networking & Infrastructure.
Experience with Java Servlets and Java Server Pages.
Knowledge of Java framework such as Spring or Struts is an added advantages.
Knowledge of ASP, PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript is an added advantage.
Highly results oriented, can work independently & willing to travel.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Be able to speak in Mandarin/Hindi/Tagalogue is an added advantage.
Good presentation & communication skills is an added advantage.
Knowledge in Business Intelligence / Data Mining / ETL / Security Intelligence Software is an added advantage.
knowledge in biometrics / toughnotebook is an added advantage.
