Description :: • Managing purchasing resources for high efficiency and good coordination in achieving on time supply and target inventory level
• Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, potential cost increase, anticipation of market demand & supplier condition
• Work closely with potential vendors to determine the best deal for the company while maintaining good relationship with existing vendors
• Maintaining up-to-date product master file including all products cost & selling price
• Analyze, plan and negotiate with potential suppliers for routine/seasonal/thematic promotion as needed to capture all sales opportunities
• Preparing/reviewing new or existing outlet’s planagrom for better space utilization and improve customer’s shopping experience.
• Work closely with other departments for promotion execution, new outlet set up/opening and etc.
Requirements :: • Minimum Diploma with 3 years’ experience in same or similar capacity
• Pro-active, good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Result oriented & ability to work either independently or as a team player
• Computer literate (Excel, word, power point)
• Well verse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
