- - To handle correspondence independently and efficiently
- To undertake other special assignments, ad hoc projects and related duties as and when required.
- Involves and handles internal administrative works
- To develop concepts for and implement direct mailings and other communication tools
- To collect and input customer’s information.
- To maintain/communicate effectively with 3rd parties’ vendors, distributors, banks for the distributions of the product.

- To provide marketing and communication support for the company. - Requirements :
- - Tertiary education in Mass communication or Business Administration preferred with at least 3- 4 years administration and secretarial support to Senior Management.
- Must possess very good command of spoken and written skills in the English language
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing with 2-3 years experienced is an added advantage.
- Marketing knowledge in Software Solution would be an added advantage.
- Excellent planning and organization skills and could prioritize work and follow up with the deadlines. - Lowest Qualification :
