Description :: - Conduct market research on potential businesses identified by the Marketing Director.
- Search for suppliers, distributors and customers, both online and offline.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Liase with our company's suppliers in Europe and USA, and customers across Asia.
- Liase with factory production team, shipping company to track and monitor cargo arrangment based on SOP, support all the documents required .- Follow up with customer for any on-going requirement and order demand.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Conduct both pre-sales and post-sales activities,
such as preparing of sales contract, follow-up on sales activities.
Requirements :: - University graduate or diploma with major in Science, Marketing, Communications or PR.
- 2 to 3 years working experience, preferably in sales and marketing activities.
- Experience with logistics and purchasing will be a good asset.
Effective communication skills.
- Good command of English Language is a must as communications are mostly in English.
- Ability to read and speak Mandrain is necessary as some of our customers are from China and Taiwan
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
