Description :: - Prepare project schedules/timeline, progress reports and enforce cost control.
- Responsible for all correspondence relating to projects & fit-out.
- Work with internal teams on proposls to increase business opportunities.
- Responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to support the growth of the Company.
- Ensure timely handover from contractor and site readiness for project launch.
- Manage retail outlets, track sales performance, develop sales strategies.
- Prepare schedule and monitor performance of staff .
Requirements :: - Experience in Fit-Out will be given priority.
- Wlling to travel outstation as and when required. Working location for project varies.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
