Description :: - Conduct supplier evaluation and recommendations.
- Development of new suppliers’ profile with the
objective of costs reduction and quality control.
- Coordination with logistic vendors to ensure delivery schedules are always met.
- Develop purchasing plan and monitoring it’s purchasing schedule
- Pricing negotiation that is not limiting to payment terms and delivery terms
- Real time communication with the superior when there is a revision of schedule and change of circumstances.
- Make recommendation and proposal in relation to the logistic arrangements options
- Preparation of relevant shipping documents includes
- Regular communication and update to the relevant cross the departments for the information
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above with at least 1 to 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL Accounting software
