Description :: -Learn and familiar with back-end system operations, collect system query and look for solutions.
-Update and maintain back-end system user manual guide from time to time once there's any changes on the system.
-Guide or tutor company business partner on how to use our back-end system until they are familiar with the system.
-Provide training for internal company staff who need to understand the operation of back-end system.
-Assist company business partner to create their new user account.
-Verify and approve new user (driver/shipper) application status.
-Submit working planner to leader on the 1st of each month (the next working day).
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ "O" Level in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience Customer Service is required for this position.
-Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
-Preferably Mandarin speaking
-Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
