Description :: • Lead and supervise the customer team.
• Manage all defects complaints and hand-over services.
• Conduct Pre-Delivery-Inspection (PDI) with Project Team.
• Work closely with other departments in Vacant Possession (V.P.) handover process.
• Attend to purchasers complaint(s) and maintain good relationship with all purchasers at all time.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, contract requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, Project dept / Contractors / suppliers.
• To provide constant training to a team of customer service crew.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer literate, preferably with Knowledge of IFCA system and MS Office.
- Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru Area and travelling as request.
