Description :: - Develop a marketing communication plan including strategy, objectives, budget and tactics.
- Develop media relation strategy and media placement.
- Plan and coordinate all PR campaign and activities.
- Direct and plan for social media team & content.
- Build a good media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business & industry media.
- Manage media launch, media inquiries, and interview requests.
- Create content for press release, media statement, articles, and keynote for presentation.
- Develop and update contests of company Website.
- Manage in brand identity development and execution (Branding).
- Manage in stakeholder and community engagement via various communication channel (Stakeholder engagement).
- Any related duties as when assigned from time to time (Others).
Requirements :: - Candidates must possess relevant tertiary qualification in corporate / mass communications, public relations, marketing or other related discipline.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in property development industry.
- Working experience in Public Listed Company will be added advantage.
- Proficient in both written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Mandarin dialect will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (eg. Powerpoint, Word and Excel) and knowledge of Adobe tools (eg. Photoshop & Illustrator) would be added advantage.
