Description :: • Assist the Risk Manager in carrying out risk assessment, risk evaluation and mitigation
• Conduct continuous review of risk register and ensure each department updates it on a regular basis.
• Undertake and maintain Risk Control Assessment checklist
• Assist in the preparation of Risk Assessment reports.
• Coordinate with other departments on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) task.
• Assist in promoting risk awareness and best practice via training for employees on ERM framework, In-house Risk Assessment System
and etc.
• Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of all risk management records and documents.
Requirements :: • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/ Business Equivalent
• Preferably have minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Risk Management or related field such as internal audit, etc.
• Familiar with implementation and management of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM – COSO Framework)
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Other key attributes include being resourceful and meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
