Description :: - To achieve the KPI set for the Property Rental and collection.
- To take charge of subsale & renting of the commercial & residential units.
- To ensure the rental collect is timely and accurately.
- To evaluate the potential tenants and be responsible for the upkeep & maintenance of the units.
- Conduct survey, proposal and sales & marketing activities so that all market information is up to date and the assigned properties will be rented base on market practices.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Resourceful and able to work under pressure.
- Cheerful and multi-lingual.
- Able to mix with all level of people.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
