Description :: • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order materials, goods and supplies.
• Review inventories and order as required.
• Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
• Review deliveries against the orders.
• Track the status of any orders.
• Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and rejects goods.
• Liaise closely with suppliers and production teams on orders and productions.
• Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the Management from time to time.
Requirements :: • At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Experience in project management and customer service will be added advantages.
• Possess excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal skill and good attitudes.
• Able to work effectively with internal teams of function.
• Possess initiative and work in a fast pace environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Speaking is needed.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
