Description :: - Manage the buying process from post-reservation through to the 24 months defects liability period and during management period.
- Assists in property handover execution process.
- Implement Welton Group's continuous drive to deliver excellent customer service by managing the customer journey and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Dealing with a varied customer base in a friendly, polite and professional manner.
- Ensure customers are kept updated as to the progress of their property, and on moving in, any issues that may arise thereafter.
- Ensure internal departments are kept updated as to the status of customers purchases and customer expectations.
Requirements :: - Possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) working experience in the related field preferred.
- Experiences working on defects inspection, strata title management and/or property management is highly preferred as well.
- Pleasant personality, good command on written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Reliable, tolerant and determined with a resilient nature.
- Meticulous, systematic and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate, familiar with MS Excel, MS Word and property system.
- A team player with excellent proven problem-solving abilities, committed and able to work in fast paced environment.
