- Establish and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers.
- To monitor and follow-up closely on customer’s payment / sales collection.
- To support pre-sales and post-sales activities, to propose new creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To increase customer base by prospecting and creating new business opportunities.
- To engage in assigned accounts by giving real time support, regular customer visits to meet customer business needs.
- Monitor sales (all products) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Work closely with the customers to understand their requirements and to propose solution.
- Make sales calls to customers to increase volume of sales by achieving the sales quota assigned.
- Attend to customer’s complaints and liaise with Production Department to solve the problem.
- Assist the immediate superior to develop and plan sales and promotional campaigns.
- Promote and prospect for potential customers and assist immediate superior in sales promotional activities.
- Ensure services are provided to customers and handling their complaints promptly. 
Requirements :
- Possess Diploma / Certificates or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Food and Beverage industry (Preferably a Pastry Chef).
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Must be computer literate.

Beryl’s Chocolate and Confectionery Sdn. Bhd. was created with one single aim – excellence. Since the company was established in 1995, our focus has been to produce the very best chocolates for both the local and global markets.

Our first factory, in the small town of Desa Serdang located at the southern zone of Kuala Lumpur, was set up in 1995. Beryl’s started out with manufacturing consumer- packed chocolates that were sold mainly to duty-free shops and supermarkets across the country. We have since established Beryl’s as a major regional chocolatier.

In 1998, we relocated to our new factory in the Seri Kembangan Industrial Area where we increased our production lines to provide a diverse range of chocolate products to fulfil our promise to offer high quality chocolates to our customers.
