Description :: - Respond to customer enquiries, phone calls, requests and etc.
- Follow up closely with Warehouse on the arrival of stock.
- Prepare debit / credit notes and liaise with Accounts Department.
-Assist in monitoring payment collection.
- Ensure proper filing of documents / records.
- Prepare reports such as Sales Report, purchase report, etc.
- Process Purchase Orders from customers, check with warehouse on stock availability and prepare daily delivery list.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
-Applicants with a minimum 1 year of general admin experience will have an advantage.
- Competent in using Ms Word an Excel
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
