Description :: 1. Based on research on user needs, planning user experience strategies, organizing user research, usability evaluation and testing, etc.;
2. Analyze user operating habits and preferences from the perspective of user experience.
3. Create an interactive process.
4. Follow up the entire process of UI design, design and test the usability of each process, and lead the design review.
5. Effectively promote the implementation of design plans;
6. With a certain visual design capabilities, can meet the visual designer to complete high-fidelity design.
7. Make constructive suggestions for improvement on new or existing products.
Requirements :: 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience, including more than 1 year experience in software requirement analysis, successful participation in the analysis of demand for medium and large-scale product projects; experience in logistics industry is preferred; development experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with requirements research methods, strong business process and business model analysis and design capabilities; good at mining requirements, and can quickly find the design direction and solution; rich communication experience, can quickly grasp the core points of demand;
3. Master software requirements acquisition and analysis methods, skilled use of Axure, Visio, ink knife, mind maps and other tools;
4. Have a strong ability to write documents;
5. Need to have a strong team spirit
6. Effective communication skills have the ability to think and solve complex problems in teamwork, have good learning skills, have a strong sense of responsibility, and can withstand greater work pressures;
7. Can accept for outstation
