- - Prepare Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing List documents from system
- Packing of goods for shipment and liaise with courier or forwarder for the shipment
- Responsible for sales support activities (Include quotation preparation & PO follow up)
- Manage service job coordination
- Manage and investigate enquiries from customers and suppliers ensuring issues are resolved effectively and efficiently
- Liase and negotiate with local supplier for pricing and delivery
- Ensuring internal processes and procedures are adhered to

- Requirements :
