Description :: -Lead and manage business development department and its operations;
-Report to: Chief Executive Officer
-Develop and drive business franchise opportunities;
- Conduct site-survey, identify and advise top management on potential locations for opening of new corporate outlets/ new business franchise opportunities;
- Negotiate/ communicate the franchising terms & conditions (including business principles, royalty fee, outlet/ kiosk layouts, brand standards and operating guidelines) with potential franchisee and work closely with relevant parties/ department to ensure on-going supports provided to franchisee until opening of franchise kiosk/ outlet.
- Ensure on-time opening of corporate outlets through close liaison/ follow-up with mall operators (e.g. leasing team)/landlords, government officials, authorities and relevant department(s).
- Oversee the entire execution/ management of projects, including planning, designing, initiating, coordinating and managing the interfaces between various project phases;
- Ensure smooth progress of the fit-out project through close liaison/ follow-up with designer, business development team, contractors/ sub-contractors and relevant authorities;
-Visit and monitor project execution in accordance to the approved plan/ design and quality;  Prepare project costing, schedules, progress reports and other necessary documentations;
-To lead and promote constant motivation among team;
-Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements :: - At least 3 years’ experience in business development related field or equivalent;
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in business development/ admin or equivalent;
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay & Chinese;
- Outstanding communication skill, independent, aggressive, proactive and able to work under tight deadlines;
- Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner;
- Willing to travel and able to work outstation as and when required;
