Description :: • To negotiate on rental rates, tenancy term and new creative concepts with prospective tenants
• To maximum the revenue and occupancy rate
• To in charge of special theme retail area
• To negotiate with existing tenant and retain higher of tenancy renewal rate
• To update demographic statistic on half yearly basis
• To update market survey for other shopping complexes in terms of rental, occupancy rate and tenant mix on quarterly basis
• To handle tenants complaints
• To monitor tenant sales performance
• Any other duties that may be given by Superior from time to time
Requirements :: • Degree in Marketing , Business Administration or Property Management
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in retail leasing/commercial/shopping centre environment/real estate
• Good personality, self motivated, dedicated and able to handle multiple tasks
• Negotiation and persuasive
• Independent and work with minimum supervision
• Must willing to work with team
• Command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to travel and possess own transport
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
