Description :: - Prepare and issuing of ‘Letter of Offer’
- Follow up with customers to obtain payments as spell out in the ‘Letter of Offer’
- Attending to enquiries from prospective customers
- Follow up on all outgoing quotations and confirm prospective customers who are keen to take up bed spaces
- Liaise with customers for the signing of ‘Tenancy Agreement’
- Received any complaints and feedback from customers & resolved the problem
- To prepare projection report, fortnightly report and marketing report by monthly.
- To promote leasing of dormitories’ unit/space by implementing sales plans
- Assist Sales/Business Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least SPM, Post graduate, Diploma in sales and marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in sales marketing is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Good negotiation and communication skill
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
