- - Issues Purchase orders to price, terms & conditions that are negotiated by HQ.
- Ensure materials availability to support production per the Master Production Schedule, on-time delivery, and coordination of materials movement through receiving to production.
- Monitors and continuously improves supplier's delivery and quality performance.
- Monitors, tracks and provides feedback on suppliers' performance on delivery, quality and service.
- Resolve invoice discrepancy issues. Review and resolve discrepancy problems with AP.
- Liaise with the quality dept to make sure that reject part return to suppliers in specifies time.
- Minimize the inventory cost and maximize the inventory turn - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Understand SAP system will be addvantage.
- Training at Desa Cemerlang plant, after that will based at Kempas plant.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be priority.
- Able to communicated with Mandarin is priority. - Lowest Qualification :
