Description :: - Provide customer service and technical support to address customer's needs with regard to the Company's products and solutions.
- Build and develop strong customer relationship,including industry influencers from related associations.
- Establish close working relationship with the sales force and lead them to achieve company's targets,goals and vision.
- Participate in major local, regional and international fairs / Exhibitions.
- Responsible for overall Quality Management System in Industrial sales functions.
- Responsible for overall sales and marketing strategies to improve market share.
- Keep abreast of new or changing market trends and provide market information to products development teams.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Responsible to maintain sales margin and quote reasonable price according to the market flow.
Requirements :: - Bachelor's degree in related Industrial / Plastic Engineering.
- Min of 5 years technical experince in related industry.
- Highly dedicated and sales driven with a high degree of personel motivation.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Flexibility to travel extensively during busy periods.
