- - To conduct quotations, invoices, tenders, site meeting and etc.
- To maintain Sales Summary, Weekly Sales, Invoicing reports.
- To maintain existing customers relationship and while developing new target markets and clients.
- Responsible for maintaining running numbers of quotations and worksheets.
- To ensure all outgoing quotations are recorded and worksheets available.
- To ensure all incoming PO [Purchase Order] are recorded and distributed to the responsible persons.
- To prepare delivery order, invoices for every shipment out from the company.
- To work closely with various inter-departments.
-To dealing with complaints with customer and internal department.
- And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
