Description :: -To source and develop new product from new supplier.
-Monitor and evaluate the performance & quality of the new product from new supplier.
-To negotiate with new supplier for better price & payment term.
-To share and advise the prices quoted from all supplier to requestor.
-To maintain good business relations with new supplier.
-Prepare and distributes approved purchase orders to suppliers.
-Ensure all purchase order are approved within guidelines.
-To monitor and ensure supplier shipment arrived on schedule.
-To coordinate and follow with finance on payment for supplier with Cash on Delivery term
-To verify the supplier shipping document vs PO before receive the goods into system.
-To evaluate and access existing supplier performance in yearly basic.
-To assist the department manager on implement new process and business enhancement project that drive incremental value to company.
-Any other assignments or reviews as and when necessary and delegated
Requirements :: -Minimum Diploma Qualification or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in related industry.
-Good Command in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English
-Proficient in Microsoft excel and outlook SAP B1 knowledge
-Possess strong sense of commitment
-Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
-Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
